  • Programme Format: Full-time, intensive (approximately 40 hours per week)

Participants are required to commit fully to the programme for its entire duration.

Who Should Apply

The Managing Global Governance Academy 2026 is open to early- to mid-career professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Nationals or permanent residents of Brazil, China, the European Union, India, Indonesia, Mexico, or South Africa
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have 3 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
  • Work in areas related to global governance, sustainable development, public policy, research, civil society, or the private sector
  • Demonstrate strong English language proficiency
  • Are able to actively participate in discussions and group work
  • Have written support from their employer
  • Are available for the full-time programme duration

Employers are expected to grant leave for the programme period and usually cover international travel to Germany.
