About The Experiment Digital English-Spanish Language Exchange 2026

The Experiment Digital English-Spanish Language Exchange 2026 is an immersive, eight-week virtual programme designed to enhance students’ English and Spanish language skills while deepening their understanding of global cultures.

Participants will engage in asynchronous and live online activities focused on language learning, cross-cultural communication, and global leadership. The programme is completely free of charge, ensuring equal opportunity for all eligible students.

  • Dates: 2 March – 26 April 2026
  • Time Commitment:
    • 2–4 hours per week (asynchronous)
    • Optional 1-hour live session weekly

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for The Experiment Digital English-Spanish Language Exchange 2026, applicants must:

  • Be between 14 and 19 years old (high school level).
  • Be a resident of the United States or any Latin American country, including:
    Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
  • Have completed at least one year of study in the target language (English or Spanish).
  • Demonstrate basic language proficiency (ability to understand simple phrases and write short sentences).
  • Have regular internet access throughout the programme period.
