Deadline: October 31, 2025

The Umi Mentorship Program 2026 is now open for applications! This life-changing initiative is designed specifically for African mothers, both within the continent and across the diaspora, who are raising children aged 0 to 3 years.

Running from February to April 2026, this fully immersive three-month experience combines mentorship, peer support, and professional development. Through the Umi Mentorship Program 2026, participants are guided to nurture not only their families but also their personal and professional growth.

About the Umi Mentorship Program 2026

The Umi Mentorship Program is a unique, holistic mentorship initiative that supports mothers at the early stages of parenthood while helping them stay connected to their personal ambitions and goals.

Participants are paired with an experienced mentor mum — a woman who has successfully navigated motherhood while building her career or business. In addition to one-on-one guidance, mentees join a mini-circle of four other mothers for regular check-ins, shared experiences, and support.

The programme also features weekly workshops and reflection sessions that focus on:

  • Mental and physical wellbeing
  • Career and business growth
  • Family relationships and emotional balance

To ensure comprehensive support, mentees gain access to a therapist, enabling them to process their experiences and embrace the journey of motherhood with confidence.
