With a target of 50–100 ambassadors across more than 15 countries, this programme is your chance to represent your institution and community while gaining international exposure.


About the NÖVA Global Student Ambassadors 2025 Programme

The programme is a flagship collaboration between NÖVA and the NASA International Space Apps Challenge, a worldwide hackathon that leverages NASA’s open data to solve pressing challenges in areas such as climate change, artificial intelligence, disaster preparedness, and sustainability.

Selected ambassadors will:

  • Raise awareness of the hackathon before the event.
  • Boost participation during the global challenge.
  • Support impact and storytelling after the event, showcasing youth-driven solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the NÖVA Global Student Ambassadors 2025, applicants must:

  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills to rally fellow students online or offline.
  • Demonstrate creativity and the ability to localise global challenges to community-specific issues.
  • Be reliable and committed, completing at least three verified activities and submitting reflections during the programme.
