About the Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) Programme 2026

The Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) Programme 2026 is a comprehensive six-month virtual accelerator designed for emerging and established social entrepreneurs championing human rights and gender justice. Conducted entirely online via Zoom, this programme offers fellows an opportunity to develop leadership skills, connect with global peers, and receive guidance from world-class mentors.

Through its structured learning approach, fellows will gain the tools, confidence and connections needed to scale their social impact initiatives sustainably.

Eligibility Criteria

The GFiC Programme welcomes young changemakers who are already creating meaningful impact within their communities. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age Requirement: 25–35 years old (exceptions may apply).
  • Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in advocacy, activism, social entrepreneurship, or related sectors.
  • Focus Areas: Applicants should be working on initiatives addressing human rights and gender justice.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory.

The programme encourages individuals from diverse cultural, professional and geographical backgrounds to apply, fostering a vibrant and inclusive fellowship community.
