About the IAEA Infographic Design Contest 2025

The IAEA Infographic Design Contest 2025 is an international youth competition focused on visualising key messages from IAEA’s Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) publications. Participants are required to design one original infographic (JPEG, PNG, or PDF, high-resolution and English-only), based on a selected EPR document, and present it in a format that is accessible to a wider audience.

The goal? To foster youth engagement in nuclear emergency preparedness while amplifying key messages through visual communication.


Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the IAEA Infographic Design Contest 2025, you must:

  • Be aged 18–35 on the date of submission.
  • Be a national of an IAEA Member State.
  • Submit your entry individually (one infographic per person).
  • Not use AI to generate content. AI tools can only assist with layout or inspiration and must be fully disclosed.

Shortlisted applicants will later be invited to submit a 5-minute video presentation on youth involvement in EPR.

  • Top 5 winners will:
