Internship Positions Available

Two internship positions are available under the Good Lobby Internship 2026:

1. Communication & Policy Intern

This role is suitable for candidates with an interest in EU public affairs, advocacy, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting policy-related communication activities
  • Translating complex policy topics into clear and accessible content
  • Assisting with digital communications, including website and social media content
  • Contributing to advocacy and public affairs initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of EU institutions and policymaking processes
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Experience or familiarity with digital tools such as WordPress, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Strong interest in democracy, civic engagement, and public interest advocacy

2. Policy & Education Intern

This role focuses on research, education, and capacity-building activities within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting policy research and analysis
  • Assisting with the development of educational and advocacy materials
  • Contributing to outreach, training, and programme coordination activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong interest in public policy, education, and advocacy
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently

Internship Duration and Structure

  • Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
  • Contract Type: Paid CIP contract (Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid/remote, with links to Brussels-based operations
