- Possess proficient English language skills.
- Have at least one more semester of secondary school remaining after returning home from the program.
- Be committed to completing a community-based project following the exchange.
Note: Applicants who have previously traveled to the U.S. under a U.S. Department of State exchange program or have immediate family members employed by the U.S. government are ineligible.
