Deadline: December 5, 2025
Applications are now open for the Morgan Stanley Tech Change Makers Program 2026, a global pro bono initiative designed to support nonprofits in overcoming critical technology challenges. This 6–8-month programme connects selected organisations with experienced Morgan Stanley technologists who work directly with them to build solutions that strengthen systems and scale impact. The Morgan Stanley Tech Change Makers Program 2026 offers nonprofits an opportunity to address a single priority technology need through a structured, high-value collaboration that enhances digital transformation and operational capacity.
About the Opportunity
The programme is a comprehensive 6–8-month pro bono engagement between Morgan Stanley technologists and mission-driven nonprofits worldwide. Selected organisations receive tailored digital support aimed at solving one clearly defined technology challenge.
Projects may include website development, internal tools, data dashboards, workflow upgrades, process automations, or other technology solutions. This initiative is designed for nonprofits that lack in-house technical expertise but are committed to strengthening their digital systems to improve service delivery, data management, and organisational performance.

- Have limited internal technology capacity.
- Can identify one specific technology challenge suitable for a 6–8-month engagement.
- Are committed to enhancing digital systems and operational processes.
- Are able to commit 2–4 hours per week to collaborate with the project team.
- Have working-level English skills for scoping discussions and project coordination.
Benefits
Participating nonprofits will receive:
- Access to experienced Morgan Stanley technologists at no cost.
- Tailored digital solutions designed for their specific organisational challenge.
- A structured engagement guided by project management support over 6–8 months.
- Strengthened digital systems, improved data management, and enhanced capacity for long-term operational growth.
Application Requirements
The application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and requires organisations to provide:
- A description of the organisation’s mission and structure.
- An overview of current digital tools and technological capacity.
- A detailed explanation of the technology challenge to be addressed.
Nonprofits may submit multiple applications if they wish to propose different projects; however, only one project per organisation will ultimately be selected.
Programme Expectations
Selected organisations will:
- Participate in a clarification stage involving a video call with the programme team and a technology expert.
- Work collaboratively with Morgan Stanley technologists throughout the full engagement.
- Sign a Statement of Work and a formal legal engagement agreement before project commencement.
Time Commitment
Nonprofits are expected to commit 2–4 hours per week throughout the engagement for meetings, feedback, and collaborative development with the project team.

- Application Deadline: 5 December 2025
- Engagement Duration: 6–8 months following selection and agreement finalisation.
