Eligibility

To be eligible for the IVI RMA Global Health Social Impact Award 2025:

  • Organisations must be registered nonprofit entities, active for at least 2 years. Newer NGOs may apply if they demonstrate significant impact.
  • Projects must operate in or in partnership with NGOs located in eligible countries: USA, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Canada, UK, Sweden, Chile, Brazil, Panama, Czech Republic, Iceland, or Denmark.
  • The project must focus on reproductive health, fertility, or maternal health, including education, prevention, psychosocial support, and fertility preservation.
  • The project must show potential for scalability and replication.
  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of IVI RMA Global (and their immediate family members) are not eligible.

Evaluation Criteria

Submitted proposals are assessed by a multidisciplinary panel of experts. The top-scoring applications also undergo a company-wide vote within IVI RMA. Key evaluation criteria include:

  1. Health Impact: Direct improvement of reproductive or maternal health outcomes.
  2. Scalability & Replicability: Ability for the project to grow or be adapted elsewhere.
  3. Social Equity: Addressing underserved or marginalised groups.
  4. Innovation & Sustainability: Creativity and long-term viability of the project.
  5. Evaluation & Monitoring: Clear plans for measuring success and reporting outcomes.
  6. Alignment: Consistency with IVI RMA Global’s mission and values.
