- Have at least one year of experience in journalism or research (preferably in investigative or data journalism).
- Provide proof of a recently published work (within the past two months).
- Demonstrate fluency in English or French.
- Commit to attending weekly online sessions, timely progress communication, and public publishing of investigative content.
- Ensure that their affiliated organisation is willing to publish evidence-based outputs developed during the fellowship.
