About the SheaMoisture Fellowship 2025

The SheaMoisture Fellowship 2025 is designed to strengthen the capacity of women entrepreneurs by providing hands-on executive education and business leadership training. This fellowship underscores SheaMoisture’s long-standing commitment to supporting Black women-owned and minority-led enterprises through education, mentorship, and access to networks.

Selected fellows will attend a 5-day in-person executive education programme at the prestigious Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire.


Fellowship Benefits

Successful applicants to the SheaMoisture Fellowship 2025 will receive the following benefits:

  • Fully covered executive education programme at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business from December 7–12, 2025.
  • Accommodation in Hanover, New Hampshire, for the duration of the programme.
  • Travel reimbursement of up to US $500 during the fellowship period.
  • A certificate of completion issued by the Tuck School of Business.
  • Exclusive access to networking and mentorship opportunities through SheaMoisture, Luminary, and the Fifteen Percent Pledge.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the SheaMoisture Fellowship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. The business must be a small business with annual revenue between $250,000 and $7,500,000.
  2. The business must have been in operation for at least two (2) years.
  3. The business must be registered in the United States or Canada.
  4. The business must be at least 50% woman-owned.
  5. The designated fellow must be available to attend the in-person executive programme from December 7–12, 2025, in Hanover, New Hampshire.

These criteria ensure that participants are at a stage of growth where executive-level business training will have the maximum impact.

All applications for the SheaMoisture Fellowship 2025 must be submitted by October 10, 2025.
