About the BRAC Young Professionals Programme 2025

The BRAC Young Professionals Programme 2025 is a six-month, full-time leadership development initiative designed to nurture the next generation of changemakers in Bangladesh. Through this programme, participants will gain hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and a deep understanding of grassroots development work—positioning them for impactful careers within BRAC and beyond.

Successful applicants will take part in blended learning modules at BRAC headquarters, followed by practical field placements across the country, engaging in real-world assignments that tackle poverty and inequality.


Who Should Apply?

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be Bangladeshi nationals with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university

Programme Structure

Participants will undergo a 6-month blended training process:

  • Phase 1 – Orientation and Training
    Engage in classroom-based learning at BRAC’s Dhaka headquarters, including courses on leadership, project management, community development, and social innovation.
  • Phase 2 – Field Placement
    You’ll be posted to programme locations across Bangladesh to work on BRAC initiatives, gaining real-world exposure and contributing to development outcomes.
  • Ongoing Support
    Throughout the programme, YPs will be guided by mentors and coaches, and be evaluated on performance, leadership capacity, and alignment with BRAC’s values.
