This prestigious eight-month leadership and impact programme is designed to amplify the efforts of changemakers tackling today’s most pressing challenges aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

    Through capacity-building, peer learning, funding opportunities, and global exposure, the Melton Foundation Global Solvers Accelerator 2026 offers an extraordinary platform for impact-driven individuals to strengthen their leadership, scale their projects, and join a vibrant community of social innovators worldwide.


    About the Global Solvers Accelerator

    The Global Solvers Accelerator is an initiative of the Melton Foundation aimed at supporting young changemakers aged 20–35 who are actively engaged in social impact projects. Over the course of eight months, selected participants receive tailored training, advisory support, and access to global networks to enhance their capacity to drive change.

    The programme focuses on:

    • Strengthening leadership and collaboration skills
    • Enhancing project design, execution, and scalability
    • Connecting participants to peer innovators, mentors, and funders
    • Creating ripple effects at individual, community, and systemic levels

    Who Can Apply?

    The programme is designed for emerging social impact leaders who meet the following criteria:

    • Aged 20–35 years.
    • Have a proven track record in social impact work.
    • Are actively leading or involved in a social impact project.
    • Exhibit qualities such as curiosity, responsibility, commitment, and forward-thinking.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to take their impact work to the next level through mentorship, structured learning, and global networking.


    Application Process

    Applying for the Melton Foundation Global Solvers Accelerator 2026 involves the following steps:

    1. Submit the online application form – showcasing your personal leadership journey and detailing your social impact project.
    2. Application review by the selection committee, assessing leadership potential, project impact, and alignment with the SDGs.
    3. Shortlisted candidates may undergo interviews or additional assessments.
    4. Successful applicants will receive onboarding information and begin the programme in 2026.

    Important Considerations

    • Programme Fee: A fee applies to ensure participant commitment and to support programme delivery.
    • Time Commitment: The Accelerator runs for 8 months, requiring consistent engagement.
    • Travel: Participants must be willing to travel to Ghana for the in-person Co-Lab.
    • Competition: With only around 20 spots, the selection process is competitive.
