    Are you passionate about shaping a more sustainable and equitable future? The Global Leadership Challenge 2025 is now open for applications! Jointly organised by the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, this unique opportunity brings together young leaders from across the world to tackle pressing global issues while developing responsible and character-based leadership skills.


    About the Global Leadership Challenge 2025

    The Global Leadership Challenge 2025 (GLC 2025) is a high-impact leadership development programme that connects students and young professionals with senior leaders in academia, business, and policy. It is organised by:

    • University of Oxford (Social Sciences Division and Oxford Character Project)
    • St. Gallen Symposium

    The programme is supported by Templeton World Charity Foundation, HCLTech, and EDGE Strategy.


    Programme Dates

    • When: 11–15 December 2025
    • Where: Online and hybrid engagement with Oxford and St. Gallen networks
    • Application Deadline: 2 November 2025

    Eligibility Criteria

    To apply for the Global Leadership Challenge 2025, you must:

    • Be aged 21–30 years.
    • Be a current Master’s or PhD student, or a young professional who has already completed undergraduate studies.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible leadership through academic, professional, or extra-curricular activities.
    • Be fully available to participate in approximately five half-day sessions between 11–15 December 2025.
    • Actively participate to qualify for the certificate.
