The updated Rise on Boards+ Program 2025 provides even more accessibility and flexibility, giving participants the tools to engage with training and resources at their own pace.
About the Rise on Boards+ Program 2025
Rise on Boards+ (RB+) is a leadership development initiative designed to empower young people, particularly those experiencing gender-based discrimination, to take up meaningful roles in community governance.
The programme offers:
- Self-guided training modules covering governance, financial literacy, fundraising, leadership, and communications.
- Interactive workshops to build practical skills.
- Group coaching and peer networking, connecting participants with fellow young leaders.
- Mentorship opportunities with senior professionals who can provide guidance and support.
