    One Young World Academy: NATO and the Future of Global Security and Peace 2025

    Are you a young leader passionate about peace, global security, and youth engagement? The One Young World Academy: NATO and the Future of Global Security and Peace 2025 is now open for applications. This unique programme provides young people with insights into NATO’s role in addressing global challenges while equipping them with the knowledge to play an active role in shaping a more peaceful future.


    About the Programme

    The One Young World Academy: NATO and the Future of Global Security and Peace 2025 is an e-learning initiative created by the One Young World Academy, with support from NATO. It is designed to explore the evolving nature of global security, peacebuilding, and the critical role that young people play in these fields.

    The programme consists of:

    • Two online modules (20–25 minutes each):
      1. NATO’s Role in Global Security and Peace – an overview of NATO’s responses to complex geopolitical challenges.
      2. Role of Youth in the Future of Security and Peace – exploring how young leaders can contribute to peace and security across various sectors.
    • Interactive quizzes at the end of each module to reinforce learning.

    Eligibility Criteria

    To qualify, applicants must:

    • Be aged 18–35 years.
    • Be a national or resident of a NATO member or partner country. Eligible countries include Albania, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan, and many more.

    Benefits of Participation

    Participants will gain:

    • Expert-led learning from NATO representatives and security experts.
    • Practical knowledge on emerging security threats and strategies for youth engagement.
    • A verified digital certificate upon completion, strengthening professional profiles on CVs, LinkedIn, and beyond.
