    Deadline: January 25, 2026

The beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship 2026/2027 (Cohort 4) is now accepting applications from young changemakers with innovative ideas to tackle pressing environmental issues. This prestigious programme empowers passionate individuals aged 16–28 to turn their visions into impactful projects, providing mentorship, training, and funding support.

    Application Deadline

The deadline to apply is 25 January 2026.

    Fellowship Benefits

Selected fellows will gain access to a comprehensive 12-month intensive programme designed to develop their skills, leadership capacity, and project impact. Benefits include:

    • Innovation Training: Access to online learning modules tailored to environmental innovation.
    • Community & Networking: Local Hub gatherings and a Regional Summit to connect with like-minded changemakers.
    • Personalised Support: Dedicated venture coaches, one-on-one mentoring, and expert guidance.
    • Peer Support: Collaboration opportunities with a global network of fellows.
    • Project Scholarships: At the end of the first year, fellows may receive scholarships of up to €20,000 to scale their environmental projects.

    Programme Duration and Commitment

The fellowship begins with a 12-month intensive phase, requiring a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month. After completing this phase, fellows continue into a longer-term support and community phase, ensuring sustained impact for their projects.

    Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship 2026/2027 (Cohort 4), applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Be aged 16–28.
    • Have a strong desire to address an environmental issue.
    • Reside in one of the participating countries throughout the fellowship duration.
    • Possess strong written and spoken English skills.
    • No prior entrepreneurial experience is required—only passion and commitment to creating change.

    Application Process

The application process is divided into three main stages:

    1. Written Application
      • Provide personal details.
      • Present your environmental idea and its potential impact.
      • Highlight what kind of support you require (learning, finances, mentoring).
      • Complete a self-assessment.
      • Upload a valid ID or passport scan.
    2. Video Interview (Mandatory)
      • Submit a video of up to 3 minutes.
      • Clearly describe the environmental challenge you want to address and your proposed solution.
      • Showcase your passion, clarity, and commitment.
    3. Optional Financial Support Application
      • Applicants who require financial aid must submit additional documents, including:
        • A reference letter (from someone who is not a family member).
        • An income declaration form.
        • Supporting evidence as required.

    Tips for a Strong Application

    • Be Specific: Clearly define your environmental idea and demonstrate how it can create measurable impact.
    • Prepare Your Video: Since the video interview is mandatory, take time to make it engaging, clear, and professional.
    • Be Transparent: In the financial support application, be honest and precise with your needs.
    • Plan Ahead: Secure a referee early, as they cannot be a family member.
    • Time Commitment: Ensure you can dedicate at least 24 hours per month to fully engage in the fellowship.

    How to Apply

Applications are open until 25 January 2026. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early.
