About the Earth Company Impact Hero Programme
The Earth Company Impact Hero programme is designed to identify and support changemakers from developing countries in the Asia-Pacific who demonstrate extraordinary potential to create systemic change. Each year, Earth Company selects visionary leaders to join its Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) Acceleration Programme – a unique journey that combines capacity building, strategic support, and leadership development.
What Participants Gain
Successful applicants to the Earth Company Impact Hero Class of 2026 will benefit from:
- Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) Acceleration Programme:
- A 12-month hybrid programme consisting of online sessions (January – June) and a 5-day in-person Heroes Bali Camp (April 2026).

- Leadership coaching for personal and professional growth.
- Business development guidance to enhance organisational sustainability.

- Impact Hero of the Year Award:
Midway through the programme, one standout participant will be named Impact Hero of the Year and receive an additional 2.5 years of personalised support, extending their total support to three years.
