Read on for everything you need to know, including eligibility, benefits, deadlines, and how to apply.

About the BRAC Young Professionals Programme 2025

The BRAC Young Professionals Programme 2025 is a six-month, full-time leadership development initiative designed to nurture the next generation of changemakers in Bangladesh. Through this programme, participants will gain hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and a deep understanding of grassroots development work—positioning them for impactful careers within BRAC and beyond.

    Ideal candidates will:

    • Phase 2 – Field Placement
You’ll be posted to programme locations across Bangladesh to work on BRAC initiatives, gaining real-world exposure and contributing to development outcomes.
    • Ongoing Support
Throughout the programme, YPs will be guided by mentors and coaches, and be evaluated on performance, leadership capacity, and alignment with BRAC’s values.
