Each year, this prestigious fellowship selects a small cohort of visionary leaders and provides them with funding, strategic support, and an unmatched network to help them scale impactful solutions.

In this blog post, we break down everything you need to know about the Henry Arnhold Fellows Program—from eligibility and benefits to timelines and application links.

What Is the Henry Arnhold Fellows Program?

The Henry Arnhold Fellows Program is a one-year, design-and-scale accelerator created by the Mulago Foundation. It supports leaders of small, early-stage organisations working in climate and conservation who are ready to take a working solution to scale.

    This highly selective fellowship provides:

    • An unrestricted $100,000 grant,
    • Access to expert coaching and strategic support,
    • And a global peer network to help you refine your model and increase your impact.

    Who Should Apply?

    The program is tailor-made for:

    • Founders or CEOs of early-stage organisations (nonprofit or for-profit),
    • Those with a working, replicable solution addressing major issues like:
      • Forest conservation,
      • Marine/fisheries protection,
      • Climate resilience and emissions reduction,
      • Biodiversity preservation and carbon capture.
