    About the FoundHers Labs Program 2025

    FoundHers Labs is a high-impact, 3-month hybrid accelerator for Black women-led, tech-enabled businesses. Through in-person workshops, virtual training, and intensive mentoring, the program equips founders with the strategic tools needed to scale and secure venture capital.

    Backed by FoundHers Ventures, the program is uniquely designed to tackle barriers to funding and leadership access in the tech ecosystem.


    Program Structure

    The curriculum is organized into three thematic modules:

    1. Business Fundamentals

    • Market research and product–market fit
    • Financial planning and branding
    • Foundational business strategy

    2. Product & Growth

    • MVP roadmap and team structuring
    • Fundraising clinics (dilutive & non-dilutive)
    • Legal framework and mental resilience

    3. Funding & Investment Readiness

    • Pitch development and valuation models
    • Investor strategy and cap table design
    • Demo day preparation with mock pitches
