About the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025
The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 is an initiative of the Policy Center for the New South. Held alongside the annual Atlantic Dialogues Conference, the ADEL program gathers 40 outstanding young professionals (aged 25–35) who are making a positive impact across various sectors in the Atlantic Basin.
This year marks the 12th edition, taking place from December 7–13, 2025, in Rabat, Morocco.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be between 25 and 35 years old as of May 7, 2025
- Be citizens or residents of countries in Africa, the Americas, Europe, or the Caribbean
- Be proficient in English (all sessions are conducted in English)
- Be available for full participation from December 7–13, 2025
Program Benefits
This is a fully funded opportunity that covers:
- Round-trip economy-class airfare
- Hotel accommodation in Rabat
- Local transportation and meals
- Participation in both the Emerging Leaders Program and the Atlantic Dialogues Conference
