    About the ARM Young Talent Programme 2026

    The ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) is a structured internship opportunity aimed at providing university undergraduates with a practical learning experience. Participants are immersed in ARM’s dynamic work environment and are mentored by seasoned professionals, gaining insights into the financial services industry and developing essential career skills.

    Through this programme, ARM seeks to nurture young individuals who demonstrate exceptional academic performance, creativity, and leadership potential.


    What the Programme Offers

    Participants in the ARM Young Talent Programme 2026 will enjoy a comprehensive professional experience that includes:

    • Structured Work Experience: Interns take on meaningful assignments and contribute to ongoing business projects.
    • Professional Development: Participants work closely with industry professionals and gain insight into the workings of a top investment management firm.
    • Capstone Project: Each intern is expected to submit a project report and deliver a final presentation at the end of the programme.
    • Career Growth Opportunities: Exceptional interns may be considered for full-time roles within ARM.

    Eligibility Criteria

    To be eligible for the ARM Young Talent Programme 2026, applicants must:

    • Be a current undergraduate student enrolled in a recognised university.
    • Have completed at least two years of their degree programme.
    • Be on track for a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent).
    • Be available for physical participation in the internship programme, commencing in June 2026.
