The Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV) Accelerator Programme is a global in-house accelerator designed to support early-stage startups and nonprofit organisations developing solutions that advance inclusion, sustainability, and long-term social impact. The programme provides access to capital, mentorship, and institutional resources to help innovative organisations scale their impact and strengthen their operations.

The initiative brings together financial support, expert guidance, and strategic networks to help participating organisations grow sustainably and effectively.

The programme operates through two complementary accelerator tracks:

    • The Lab – A for-profit accelerator supporting early-stage startups
    • The Collaborative – A nonprofit accelerator designed for emerging mission-driven organisations

Both tracks are built to provide tailored support based on organisational structure while maintaining a strong focus on measurable impact.

Historically, startups in the Lab have received approximately $250,000 (or £250,000 in EMEA regions), while nonprofit organisations in the Collaborative have received grants of around $250,000, alongside programme participation.
