    Future of Work Accelerator 2026

    Deadline: February 6, 2026

The Future of Work Accelerator 2026 is an exciting opportunity for organisations striving to expand access to technology, digital skills, and economic opportunities—especially for people at risk of being left behind in today’s evolving digital economy.

This transformative initiative, launched by HP Inc. and the HP Foundation, seeks to empower changemakers building solutions that equip communities for the future of work. Through funding, technology support, and strategic mentorship, the programme enables selected participants to strengthen their impact and scale effectively.

About the Future of Work Accelerator 2026

The Future of Work Accelerator 2026 is a six-month virtual accelerator designed to support innovative organisations closing digital divides and preparing underrepresented groups for tomorrow’s economy.

Organised by HP Inc. and the HP Foundation, in partnership with leading social impact advisors, the programme provides targeted resources to help participating organisations deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.

This year marks a significant expansion, as the programme now welcomes both non-profit and mission-driven for-profit organisations—broadening its reach and inclusivity.

    Programme Details

    • Application Deadline: 6 February 2026
    • Programme Commencement: May 2026
    • Duration: Six months (virtual format)

Throughout the accelerator, selected organisations will receive funding, HP technology, and mentorship designed to enhance their capacity to deliver scalable solutions. The emphasis is on bridging the gap between talent and opportunity by supporting initiatives that build digital skills, increase economic resilience, and foster inclusive participation in the global workforce.

    Benefits of the Programme

    Successful applicants will receive:

    • 💰 Up to USD 100,000 in funding to strengthen and expand operations.
    • 💻 HP technology and solutions valued at approximately USD 100,000 to enhance delivery and digital impact.
    • 🎓 Comprehensive mentorship, virtual training, and technical support from industry experts and HP partners.

These resources collectively empower participating organisations to implement impactful projects, accelerate growth, and extend their reach to more communities in need.

    Who Can Apply

The Future of Work Accelerator 2026 invites applications from both non-profit and mission-driven for-profit organisations based in the United States.

Eligible organisations should have established programmes supporting individuals most vulnerable to economic and technological change—such as:

    • Young people seeking digital skills and employment opportunities
    • Gig and on-demand workers adapting to evolving work patterns
    • Small business owners navigating digital transformation

Applicants are expected to demonstrate proven impact, scalability potential, and a strong commitment to fostering inclusive, technology-driven opportunities.

    Programme Goals and Impact

Since its inception, the Future of Work Accelerator has supported organisations across diverse regions, providing resources that help millions of people gain access to digital tools, training, and meaningful employment.

The 2026 edition continues this mission—aiming to close digital divides and equip vulnerable communities with the skills and tools necessary to thrive in an ever-changing economy. Through innovation, collaboration, and strategic investment, the programme envisions a future where everyone has the opportunity to participate fully in the digital workforce.
