- Be between 18 and 29 years old and currently living in Canada.
- Have completed at least three years of post-secondary education or have graduated within the last five years from a recognised Canadian institution.
- Be willing and able to commit to a 12-month participation period.
- Note: Individuals currently employed (part-time or full-time) by the federal government are not eligible to apply.
