This prestigious, competitive, and fully paid two-year rotational program offers an exceptional opportunity for young legal professionals to work at one of the world’s leading multilateral development banks — the AIIB — based in Beijing, China.

Designed to nurture the next generation of legal experts in development finance, the AIIB Legal Associate Program 2026 provides early-career lawyers with structured professional training, mentorship, and real-world experience in international development law.
