- Grand Prize Winner: USD 5,000
- First Runner-Up: USD 2,000
- Second Runner-Up: USD 1,000

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
To be eligible for the MPOWER Financing Women in STEM Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be female and at least 18 years of age.
- Be an international student or a DACA recipient legally authorised to study in the United States or Canada.
- Be accepted or currently enrolled full-time in a STEM degree programme (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD).
- Be studying at a university or college in the United States or Canada that is eligible under MPOWER Financing guidelines.
- Meet one of the following legal study status requirements:
- For studies in the United States: Hold a valid student visa (such as F-1), DACA status, or U.S. permanent residency.
- For studies in Canada: Hold a valid Canadian study permit or Canadian permanent residency.
Important Eligibility Note
- U.S. citizens studying in the United States and Canadian citizens studying in Canada are not eligible for this scholarship.
Selection Criteria
Applications for the MPOWER Financing Women in STEM Scholarship 2026 are evaluated based on the following key factors:
