    • Employees of the Royal Society, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone directly involved in administering the competition are not eligible to apply.

    Prize Details

    Successful applicants will receive the following monetary awards:

    • Overall Winner: £1,000
    • Two Runners‑up: £500 each (or currency equivalent)

    The prizes are intended to recognise research excellence and support continued academic and professional development.

    • Submission deadline: 31 March 2026 (23:59 BST)

    How to Apply
