    About the NAIC UP Fellowship Program 2026

    The NAIC UP Fellowship Program 2026 is a transformative career advancement initiative for mid-career women professionals from diverse backgrounds. The fellowship spans six months (March to September 2026) and is delivered in a remote, part-time format, allowing participants to balance professional responsibilities while engaging in structured leadership development.

    This program was created to address the underrepresentation of diverse women in senior roles across the alternative investment landscape and to support their professional growth through mentorship, education, and community engagement.


    Eligibility Criteria

    The fellowship is open to:

    • Ethnically diverse women with a passion for leadership and professional growth.
    • Individuals with 7–12 years of professional experience in the alternative investment industry.
    • Professionals seeking structured mentorship and advanced career support to move into strategic and senior leadership roles.

    This program provides a rare opportunity for participants to connect directly with high-level executives and industry leaders dedicated to supporting women’s advancement in investment fields.


    Program Structure

    The NAIC UP Fellowship Program 2026 is a well-rounded experience combining mentorship, workshops, and networking — each carefully designed to enhance participants’ leadership capacity and professional visibility.

    1. Mentorship

    Each Fellow is paired with an experienced senior executive mentor for personalized guidance throughout the six-month fellowship.

    • Monthly one-on-one mentoring sessions (virtual or in-person).
    • Career coaching tailored to each Fellow’s individual goals.
    • Support for professional development, strategy, and decision-making.

    2. Workshops

    Participants take part in a series of expert-led workshops designed to strengthen both technical and soft skills essential for leadership.
