    The HIIA Future Leaders Program 2026 is a highly competitive international fellowship designed to nurture the next generation of global policy thinkers and leaders.     Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

    To be eligible for the HIIA Future Leaders Program 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree
    • Be a recent graduate or early-career professional
    • Generally under the age of 30
    • Demonstrate a strong interest in foreign policy and international affairs
    • Possess excellent English language proficiency (the programme is conducted entirely in English)
