    About the Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026

    The Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026 is a collaboration between Dior and UNESCO aimed at strengthening gender equality through education, leadership development, and mentorship. Every year, Dior mobilises around 300 mentors from its global talent pool to support outstanding young women committed to creating social change.

    The programme offers participants a rare opportunity to be part of a highly selective, transformative educational and mentorship experience that nurtures confidence, career readiness, creativity, and leadership potential.


    What the Programme Offers

    1. Personalised One-on-One Mentorship

    Selected mentees are paired with a Dior Talent mentor who provides guidance, support, and professional insights throughout the programme. This one-on-one mentorship fosters personal growth and helps participants build valuable industry and leadership skills.

    2. Access to a Premium E-Learning Platform

    Participants gain full access to an exclusive online learning platform featuring over 16 courses focused on:

    • Self-care and personal development
    • Autonomy and decision-making
    • Creativity and innovation
    • Inclusion and diversity
    • Sustainable development
    • Gender parity
    • Women’s leadership

    Each course is designed to support mentees in building confidence, emotional intelligence, and skills relevant to today’s global challenges.

    3. Inspiring Interview Series

    The programme includes a curated selection of interviews and talks from influential leaders, innovators, and experts within the Dior and UNESCO networks. These sessions explore themes such as equity, inclusion, leadership, purpose-driven work, and societal transformation.

    4. The “Dream for Change” Project

    After completing the educational modules and interviews, participants collaborate in small groups to design the Dream for Change project—an initiative aimed at addressing real-world issues affecting women and girls.
    This project empowers mentees to create tangible, positive change within their communities.

    5. A Global Community of Sisterhood

    The programme fosters a powerful sense of community by connecting young women from around the world. Participants engage in virtual events, mentorship sessions, and collaborative activities that strengthen cross-cultural relationships and shared commitment to women’s empowerment.


    Eligibility Criteria for Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026

    To apply for the Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026, applicants must meet the following:

    • Must be a woman under 30 years old at the time of application.
    • Must be enrolled full-time in a higher education institution.
    • Must be either:
      • A final-year undergraduate student, or
      • A postgraduate student (Master’s or PhD).
    • Open to students from all fields of study, including arts, humanities, social sciences, business, engineering, sciences, and more.
    • Must demonstrate interest in women’s leadership, empowerment, or social impact.
    • Must have intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level), as the programme is conducted entirely in English.
    • Must not have been a previous participant in the Women@Dior programme.
