Deadline: Unspecified
The RYCM Global Digital Pathways Program 2026 offers an exceptional opportunity for refugees and vulnerable youth to gain in-demand digital skills through fully funded access to Coursera. Designed to build strong career pathways, digital competence, and professional confidence, the programme equips young people with the tools they need to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving global digital ecosystem. The RYCM Global Digital Pathways Program 2026 ensures that participants receive both technical training and targeted career readiness support, paving the way for long-term professional growth.
About the Opportunity
The initiative will support 500 refugees and vulnerable youth with fully sponsored access to Coursera, offering world-class learning opportunities at no cost. Participants will engage in one of six curated learning pathways, each running for up to four months. These pathways are tailored to meet learners at different skill levels—from beginners exploring digital foundations to young professionals pursuing specialised digital careers.
Alongside technical learning, participants earn Coursera-certified badges, recognised professional certificates, and the exclusive RYCM x Coursera Certificate of Learning. Upon completing one pathway, learners may continue with additional pathways depending on their interest and capacity. The programme further integrates career development support, including CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, digital portfolio building, and navigating job or internship opportunities. Participants also gain access to a community of peers, mentors, and programme alumni.
