It offers participants access to expert mentorship, specialised training and a vibrant global community.     About the Opportunity

    The Fellowship is a 7-month virtual leadership and capacity-building programme that develops nonprofit and social enterprise leaders from across the world, with special emphasis on those working in low- and middle-income countries. The initiative aims to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve organisational effectiveness and foster international collaboration among emerging and established change-makers.
    The programme includes an orientation phase, core training modules, personalised mentorship and engagement opportunities through the NGO Whisperer Global Community.


    Eligibility

    Applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Be founders, leaders or key decision-makers within an NGO or social enterprise.
    • Demonstrate commitment to advancing social change within their communities.
    • Show potential for leadership development and organisational growth.
    • Preference is given to applicants from low- and middle-income countries.
