About the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity Programme 2027
The Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity Programme 2027 is designed to connect early to mid-career professionals from diverse disciplines — including health, law, business, journalism, academia, and social enterprise — who share a commitment to reducing health inequities.
Each year, the programme selects 15 to 20 outstanding fellows to form a dynamic global cohort. Participants will gain valuable knowledge, leadership experience, and a powerful international network that equips them to influence health and well-being in their local and global contexts.

Programme Expectations

- In-person convenings: Fellows are expected to attend sessions totalling around four weeks annually.
- Online learning: The curriculum involves biweekly classes, coaching, mentoring, and team learning, averaging 12–16 hours per month.
This blended learning model ensures that fellows can continue their professional work while participating in the programme.
