    Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana Program 2026

    The Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana Program 2026 is a prestigious one-year public service fellowship designed to equip young Ghanaian professionals with the leadership skills, practical experience and networks needed to drive meaningful change in the public sector.

    About the Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana Program 2026

    The fellowship is organised by Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana (EPL Ghana), an initiative committed to strengthening public institutions by developing a new generation of ethical, innovative and service-driven leaders.

    Through a rigorous one-year, full-time fellowship, selected participants are placed in public sector institutions across Ghana. Fellows receive expert-led training, structured mentorship, and hands-on experience working on real policy and governance challenges.

    The programme aims to:

    • Strengthen leadership capacity in Ghana’s public sector
    • Promote innovation and problem-solving in governance
    • Build a network of committed young public service leaders
    • Encourage integrity, accountability and excellence in public institutions

    Fellowship Duration

    • Duration: 1 Year (Full-Time)
    • Fellows are expected to commit fully to the programme throughout the fellowship period.

    Location

    • The fellowship takes place in Ghana.
    • Applicants must be full-time residents of Ghana during the programme.

    Application Deadline

    • 22 March 2026

    Eligibility Criteria

    To be eligible for the Emerging Public Leaders of Ghana Program 2026, applicants must:

    • Be a Ghanaian national with a valid Ghanaian ID
    • Be a full-time resident in Ghana
    • Be between 22 and 32 years old
    • Hold at least an undergraduate degree
    • Have completed national service (with certificate)
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to public service
    • Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Have strong written and verbal English communication skills
