Eligibility Criteria
The fellowship is open to early-career professionals (with less than 10 years of professional experience) working in Internet-related fields such as:
- Internet infrastructure and telecommunications
- Policy, governance, and regulation
- Economic or business aspects of Internet development
- Community and civil society engagement on Internet issues
- Technology innovation and startups
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s or vocational degree, or possess a minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Have under 10 years of professional experience in an Internet-related field

- Have reliable Internet access and a suitable device
- Be proficient in written and spoken English
- Be able to commit at least six hours per week throughout the programme
