Its primary goal is to bridge the gap between graduation and meaningful employment, providing fellows with hands-on experience, mentorship, and a monthly stipend during a 12-month placement period.

    The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2026 provides fresh graduates with one year of paid work placement opportunities. It empowers them to gain valuable practical experience, develop essential professional skills, and improve their employability in a rapidly evolving job market.

    By linking bright Nigerian youth with organisations nationwide, the programme seeks to enhance workplace readiness while supporting companies and public institutions in accessing a pool of talented young professionals.


    Programme Objectives

    Eligibility Criteria

    To be eligible for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • Must be a Nigerian citizen.
    • Must be a fresh graduate (Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline).
    • Must have graduated not earlier than 2022.
    • Minimum academic qualification:
      • Bachelor’s degree – Second Class Lower (2.2) or above.
      • HND – Upper Credit or above.
    • Must be 30 years old or younger.
    • Must be unemployed at the time of application.
    • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a valid exemption certificate.
    • Must demonstrate good communication skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to contributing to national development.

    Documents Required

    Applicants should have the following documents ready when applying:

    • Degree or HND Certificate.
    • NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
    • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
    • National Identification Number (NIN) slip.
    • Bank Verification Number (BVN).

    Programme Benefits

    1. Twelve-Month Paid Placement

    Successful applicants (Fellows) will be placed in work environments across Nigeria for 12 months, where they will gain practical experience while earning a monthly stipend of ₦150,000.

    2. Real-World Experience

    Fellows will work in either public institutions or private sector organisations, gaining exposure to real-life professional challenges and solutions in their chosen fields.

    3. Skills Development and Mentorship

    Participants will receive ongoing training, mentorship, and access to digital, soft, and entrepreneurial skills development programmes to prepare them for long-term success.

    4. Inclusion in the NJFP Talent Pool

    After assessments and screening, successful candidates are placed in the NJFP Talent Pool, from which they are matched with host organisations according to their qualifications, career interests, and available roles.


    Programme Structure and Selection Process

    The NJFP selection process includes:

    1. Online application submission.
    2. Document verification.
    3. Computer-based testing and psychometric assessments.
    4. Short video or interview submission (if required).
    5. Final selection into the NJFP Talent Pool.
    6. Matching with host organisations for 12-month placements.

    All processes are free of charge, transparent, and merit-based.
