The Salzburg Global Public Policy New Voices Europe (PPNVE) Program – Cohort 5 is a prestigious, year-long leadership and policy fellowship designed to amplify emerging voices in European public policy. Programme Overview
The Salzburg Global Public Policy New Voices Europe (PPNVE) Program – Cohort 5 focuses on equipping emerging leaders with the skills, networks, and confidence needed to contribute meaningfully to public policy processes. Fellows will engage in structured learning activities, expert-led discussions, and peer collaboration throughout the programme year.
Participants become part of a growing regional network of policy-minded professionals working across sectors to address shared challenges and opportunities within Europe.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Live, study, or work full-time in an eligible European country, including Western, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Europe (such as the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and other European states).
- Be a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with an interest or background in public policy, public service, governance, or related fields.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to building inclusive, democratic, and equitable societies.
- Be comfortable working and communicating in English, which is the official language of the programme.

The fellowship runs for one year and includes:
