About the LeadGreen Fellowship

The LeadGreen Fellowship is a fully funded leadership and climate action program designed to nurture young Africans dedicated to sustainability and environmental impact. Over a period of 16 weeks, participants will embark on an intensive virtual journey that combines leadership development, climate education, and project-based learning.

Fellows will collaborate on real-world projects, gain mentorship from industry experts, and join a pan-African network of sustainability-driven leaders creating meaningful change across diverse communities.


Programme Objectives

The fellowship is built around three key pillars:

  1. Leadership Development: Strengthening fellows’ capacity to lead effectively and ethically in the climate and sustainability space.
  2. Climate Action Skills: Equipping participants with practical knowledge to design, implement, and evaluate climate projects.

Who Can Apply
