About the Elevate Africa Fellowship

The Elevate Africa Fellowship is a 10-month hybrid program that combines online learning with in-person engagements. The fellowship focuses on values-driven leadership, experiential learning, mentorship, and peer collaboration.

Through this immersive experience, fellows are equipped with the knowledge, network, and tools to expand their impact and drive sustainable transformation within their communities and professional spaces.

The fellowship’s core objective is to develop and connect Africa’s next generation of transformative leaders who are committed to shaping an inclusive and progressive future for the continent.


Who Should Apply

The Elevate Africa Fellowship 2026 Cohort II (Fully Funded) targets mid-career professionals and individuals who have demonstrated excellence and commitment in their fields. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • 10–15 years of professional experience in any sector or industry.
  • Be based in Africa or a member of the African diaspora.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of leadership, impact, and innovation.
  • Show commitment to Africa’s social, economic, or environmental development.
  • Demonstrate readiness to engage in collaborative problem-solving and values-based leadership practice.

Eligible sectors include public policy, entrepreneurship, academia, civil society, health, technology, governance, social innovation, and business.
