Eligibility Criteria

Application Process
The application process is divided into two main stages:
- Letter of Intent (LOI):
Applicants must first submit a Letter of Intent outlining the project’s objectives, significance, and methods. Only applicants with accepted LOIs will be invited to submit a full proposal. - Full Proposal:
Selected applicants will then provide a detailed research proposal, including methodology, budget, and expected impact. Final evaluations are conducted by OAR’s Scientific Council and Board of Directors.
