Supervisory or editorial roles are also eligible if the applicant has five years of experience as a working journalist.
- Work completed as a university student (e.g., campus newspaper or radio) does not count toward the five-year requirement.
- Be currently employed as a journalist outside the United States.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
