Responsibilities of a Programmes Fellow
Fellows play an essential role in delivering world-class programming and ensuring an outstanding experience for delegates worldwide. Core responsibilities include:
Programme & Delegate Support
- Conducting outreach to young leaders worldwide, promoting scholarships and opportunities
- Supporting the application and admissions processes, including reviewing submissions
- Handling participant communication through email, phone and CRM systems

Logistical Coordination
- Managing the visa support process for hundreds of international delegates
- Organising travel logistics such as flights, accommodation and transfers
- Maintaining and updating programme databases and participant records
Summit Responsibilities
- Serving as a primary point of contact during the Summit for delegates representing 190+ countries
- Offering on-site assistance, troubleshooting and operational support
