    Responsibilities of a Programmes Fellow

    Fellows play an essential role in delivering world-class programming and ensuring an outstanding experience for delegates worldwide. Core responsibilities include:

    Programme & Delegate Support

    • Conducting outreach to young leaders worldwide, promoting scholarships and opportunities
    • Supporting the application and admissions processes, including reviewing submissions
    • Handling participant communication through email, phone and CRM systems
    • Coordinating with global partners and scholarship sponsors

    Logistical Coordination

    • Managing the visa support process for hundreds of international delegates
    • Organising travel logistics such as flights, accommodation and transfers
    • Maintaining and updating programme databases and participant records

    Summit Responsibilities

    • Serving as a primary point of contact during the Summit for delegates representing 190+ countries
    • Offering on-site assistance, troubleshooting and operational support

    Overall, the position requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and committed to delivering impactful youth programming.
