About the Young Climate Leaders – Ideas Lab 2026
The Young Climate Leaders – Ideas Lab 2026 will take place from 2–3 March 2026 in Brussels, Belgium. It is a unique platform for young climate advocates to share innovative ideas, collaborate on sustainable solutions, and gain valuable insights into how major EU-level policy events are organized.
This immersive programme is fully funded, covering all travel, accommodation, meals, and visa expenses for selected participants. It offers a life-changing opportunity to contribute to meaningful discussions about climate policy and sustainability, while expanding your professional network on an international scale.
Objectives of the Programme
The Ideas Lab aims to:
- Empower the next generation of climate leaders.

Who Can Apply
To be eligible for the Young Climate Leaders – Ideas Lab 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be aged between 20 and 35 years old.
- Be a national of one of the eligible countries listed in the application form (including Nigeria and other African nations).
- Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate a clear passion for climate action and policy.
- Be available to travel to Brussels between 1 and 4 March 2026.
- Must not have participated in any previous editions of Ideas Lab.
