The programme offers a transformative journey that helps participants build leadership capacity, strengthen professional skills and connect with a global network of emerging changemakers. This edition of the Aspire Leaders Program 2026 includes a comprehensive curriculum delivered by top educators and global institutions, making it one of the most accessible and impactful leadership programmes available.


    About the Aspire Leaders Program 2026 [Cohort 1]

    The Aspire Leaders Program 2026 [Cohort 1] is a free, fully online leadership journey open to young adults across the world. It is created for individuals who show potential for impact but have historically faced barriers to access high-level leadership training. The programme is structured to support growth in personal leadership, professional readiness, and community-driven innovation through a series of interactive modules, assessments and global engagements.

    The 2026 Cohort 1 runs from 4 February to 7 April 2026, offering participants the flexibility to participate while managing academic or professional commitments.


    Eligibility Criteria

    To qualify for the Aspire Leaders Program 2026 [Cohort 1], applicants must:

    • Be 18–29 years old.
    • Come from a limited-income background or be a first-generation university student/graduate (meaning parents/caregivers have not completed a bachelor’s degree).
    • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme, or be a recent graduate.

    Applicants must meet at least one of the background criteria to be eligible.


    Programme Structure and Modules

    The Aspire Leaders Program 2026 offers a three-stage learning journey designed to nurture confident, ethical and socially responsive leaders.

    Module I: Personal & Professional Development

    • Strengths-based leadership skills assessment.
    • Professional development tools created in partnership with leading institutions, including guidance on CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation and networking.
    • Opportunities for live engagement with a global cohort of emerging leaders.

    Module II: Aspire Horizons Course

    A high-impact leadership course delivered by faculty and experts from top universities. Core topics include:

    • Self-awareness and leadership identity
    • Understanding context, trust-building and decision-making
    • Digital transformation and AI literacy
    • Social and community challenges
    • Voices of leadership across global communities
    • Turning ideas into action through community engagement

    Module III: Immersive Learning

    • Live, synchronous classes taught by globally recognised educators.
    • Peer-to-peer discussions and collaboration projects.
    • Mentorship and knowledge exchange with a diverse international cohort.
