Designed to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance strategic clarity, and accelerate organisational growth, the Gratitude Network Fellowship Programme 2026 remains one of the most respected global capacity-building programmes for mission-driven organisations. This opportunity is ideal for nonprofit executives seeking high-level coaching, strategic support, and a global peer community.


    About the Opportunity

    The Fellowship is structured as an intensive leadership acceleration experience that supports approximately 30 nonprofit leaders each year. The programme provides tailored coaching, a scaling-up curriculum, peer learning circles, and long-term access to a global alumni network. Over the 13-month period, Fellows receive executive coaching, strategic support for their leadership team, and access to curated grant opportunities through partner platforms. The programme features expert-led sessions, exclusive resources, personalised guidance, and invitations to global events, including a flagship annual summit.


    Eligibility

    Leader Eligibility

    Applicants must:

    • Hold a key strategic leadership role (such as CEO or Founder).
    • Lead their organisation on a full-time basis.
    • Demonstrate readiness to scale and expand organisational impact.
    • Be open, coachable, and willing to engage in executive coaching.
    • Possess advanced to fluent English proficiency.
    • Be able to commit to all programme activities throughout the 13-month period.

    Organisation Eligibility

    Eligible organisations must:

    • Be legally registered nonprofit entities.
    • Have operated for a minimum of two years.
    • Employ at least two full-time equivalent staff (including the leader).
    • Maintain an annual operating budget between USD 50,000 and USD 3 million.
    • Primarily serve children and youth within one or more thematic focus areas:
      • Education
      • Health & Well-being
      • Children’s Rights
    • Demonstrate operational readiness to scale.

    Fellows receive a comprehensive package of support, including:

    • Executive Coaching:
      12–24 hours of personalised leadership coaching with certified executive coaches.
    • Scaling-Up Curriculum:
      10 hours of high-impact strategy and operations sessions for the core leadership team.
    • Global Peer Circles:
      12 hours of peer learning and shared problem-solving with other nonprofit leaders.
    • Team Empowerment:
      Leadership team participation in strategic sessions and network activities.
    • Curated Grant Opportunities:

    Application Requirements / Documents

    The application process consists of two stages:

    • Part 1: Initial written application form.
    • Part 2: A second-stage application for shortlisted applicants.
      Finalists participate in a virtual interview round ahead of final selection.

    • Part 1 Application Deadline: 6 February 2026
    • Interviews for Finalists: By 21 April 2026
    • Onboarding: May 2026
    • Cohort Kick-off: June 2026
    • Programme Duration: July 2026 – May 2027
    • Estimated Monthly Time Commitment: 7–10 hours

    How to Apply

    Applicants must complete the online application form and ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before submitting. Only those who successfully complete Part 1 will be invited to proceed to Part 2.


    Selection Process

    The selection process includes initial screening, comprehensive application review, shortlist determination, and virtual interviews with programme assessors. Approximately 30 global leaders are selected annually based on leadership potential, organisational readiness, and potential for scale.


    Additional Information / Terms

    The programme operates on a tiered fee model, with many Fellows receiving full or partial scholarships based on organisational capacity. Fee tiers include:

    • Tier 1: USD 0–1,000
    • Tier 2: USD 2,500
    • Tier 3: USD 4,000
      Subsidised placements cover approximately 65% of cohort slots. All Fellows must commit fully to the programme schedule and activities.
