    IVI RMA Global Health Social Impact Award 2025

    About the Opportunity

    The IVI RMA Global Health Social Impact Award 2025 is designed to support nonprofit initiatives that advance reproductive and maternal health globally. The programme focuses on projects that:

    • Improve access to fertility and maternal care.
    • Provide education, prevention, and psychosocial support to women and families.
    • Support fertility preservation, including for patients undergoing medical treatments such as cancer therapy.

    The award not only provides funding but also helps amplify visibility, credibility, and the potential for strategic partnerships.


    Award Amount & Purpose

    • The grant offers US$50,000 to support nonprofit projects.
    • Funding is intended to scale existing initiatives, improve sustainability, and enhance organisational capacity.

    • Application Deadline: 31 December 2025
    • Project Implementation: Projects should primarily run during 2026
    • Winner Announcement: Early 2026, following evaluation and internal voting at IVI RMA

    Eligibility

    To be eligible for the IVI RMA Global Health Social Impact Award 2025:

    • Organisations must be registered nonprofit entities, active for at least 2 years. Newer NGOs may apply if they demonstrate significant impact.
    • Projects must operate in or in partnership with NGOs located in eligible countries: USA, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Canada, UK, Sweden, Chile, Brazil, Panama, Czech Republic, Iceland, or Denmark.
    • The project must focus on reproductive health, fertility, or maternal health, including education, prevention, psychosocial support, and fertility preservation.
    • The project must show potential for scalability and replication.
    • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of IVI RMA Global (and their immediate family members) are not eligible.

    Evaluation Criteria

    Submitted proposals are assessed by a multidisciplinary panel of experts. The top-scoring applications also undergo a company-wide vote within IVI RMA. Key evaluation criteria include:

    1. Health Impact: Direct improvement of reproductive or maternal health outcomes.
    2. Scalability & Replicability: Ability for the project to grow or be adapted elsewhere.
    3. Social Equity: Addressing underserved or marginalised groups.
    4. Innovation & Sustainability: Creativity and long-term viability of the project.
    5. Evaluation & Monitoring: Clear plans for measuring success and reporting outcomes.
    6. Alignment: Consistency with IVI RMA Global’s mission and values.
