Eligibility Criteria

  • Be in good standing and legally permitted to participate.

  • Must not have received any priced equity funding (such as Series A or other cash-for-equity rounds).

Application Requirements

  • If selected as a semi-finalist, teams must submit an additional 5-minute investor pitch video and provide direct access to their application for evaluation.
